"We checked in at 11pm & the staff member was so helpful by providing pamphlets for food, map of the city & suggested the First Lady architectural boat cruise, which was fabulous. Our room was clean & spacious. We enjoyed a drink the Hotel restaurant Hoyt. The staff was very kind & helpful. Would stay at this location on 71 Wacker, very central to everything. We learned later there is another Royal Soneta location not to far away."

"Room exceeded expectations and came with a stunning view with floor to ceiling windows with Lakefront view of Lake Michigan and a great view to the north of the city. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. I would absolutely stay there again when in Chicago!"
