"The LaSalle is a well appointed hotel in the Financial District of Chicago within walking distance of many downtown shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious with a sizable bathroom and nice amenities. Valet parking is convenient and overall I would recommend the LaSalle for a stay. "

"The staff was friendly and it was easy to check in. They had a welcome event that I was able to go to and meet some people and have fun I enjoyed that. The room was clean the sink the bathroom shower the bed everything was nice and neat. The only problem I had was that the ladder going up to the top bunk was a little difficult to navigate. It was horizontal and bolted to the bed frame so it made going up and down a little scary. Overall I had a great experience and I will be more than happy to book with this hotel again."
"Communication was great. Offered upgrade immediately and also had gift at check in for my husband, it was his birthday. Very nice staff. Johnnie at front desk was excellent. Very kind. "
"Hotel overall was wonderful, front desk and door staff were friendly and accommodating. My only feedback would be the few experiences we had in the on sight restaurant, breakfast service and food were good the two mornings we dined there. Evening service was awful, staff seemed inconvenienced by evening guests and food was just OK. This is the only negative that came out of our stay here."
"Good location, within walking distance to everything. Very close to Navy Pier, the beach, and the Michigan Lake Trail. The only unpleasant thing about the hotel was that we had a room right next to the elevator, and the noise was very annoying. "
"stayed here for the lollapalooza weekend and it was convenient to walk to the festival! the lobby floor was nice as there are lots of seating and a terrance lounge as well! lots of food places around the hotel!"
"Absolutely amazing stay. I travel A LOT and this staff was the best hotel staff I have ever had (including mutli 5 star properties). Thank you for being a part of our great weekend. "
