There was a problem with another guest reservation, and we had to hear the issue about 5 times over the phone, once we got to the counter took 3 minutes. She could have put the people on hold helped us and the person behind us then went back to the issue. The staff did not check the dining room in the morning to clean tables and to make sure items for breakfast were stocked, they sat at the reservations desk on their phones. "

"Not what you would expect from a 4 star Hilton. Night staff was polite but not the kind that make you feel very welcomed. EV Charge was not complimentary. It's a Hilton but old. "
