“6年前来过，总体变化不大，但是从万豪变成索内斯特管理，软件还是查了一点，拖鞋，洗漱用具都没了，厨房设施也少了锅子，总体有明显退步。设施开始有点老旧了。该更新了。”

“Overall the stay was pleasant. The renovated rooms are nice. The price was good. Everything worked in the room. Shower was good. Bed was comfortable. Very close to Kings Island. Staff was pleasant to deal with and readily available. Only complaint I have is the breakfast. The eggs were terrible and cold even having just come out. Not enough items available given the amount of people at the hotel. Thankfully we only attempted to eat breakfast there our last day. Waffle House across the street was……

“We just needed a "pit stop" arrived at 1am and left at about 830 am. The night clerk was prompt and kind. However I was startled by a women sitting in the dark breakfast area when she cursed at someone on the phone saying the police had already dropped her off. The room was clean and comfortable but minor repairs here and there poorly done not run down but more shabby. The breakfast was hot and clean morning staff was very friendly. Other guests were not families not friendly. The hotel……
