“Staff checked us in and didn't have a room available so we had to wait over 3 hours before getting into the room. Everything was closed by that time and the room had mold on the walls and some weird substance on the wall sheets were dirty.”

“When we arrived there was a huge line which I understand isn’t their fault but for context we were already a little on edge. When we get to the desk a woman says that our room isn’t ready because it’s connected and it’s not ready. It was 430pm and check in is at 4pm. Of course we asked why and she said it could be anywhere from 4-8p it says it online (no it doesn’t). Then she said that the room we wanted and booked (connected) wasn’t even a “right” for us to have and she had two rooms close to……

“Wonderful place to stay and very entertaining for the kids. Our only issues is that we booked this place only because of the water amenities and due to bad weather it was closed almost our whole stay. I understand that it wasn’t their fault but I wish they would offer a discounted stay to come back when the weather is nicer!”

“Had a very nice stay at the Palace. Eric, the Concierge/Bellman was so friendly and helpful. He helped us to our room, explained everything in the room, suggested places to eat, etc. He was amazing. Our room was clean and I loved that the hotel and casino were smoke free.”

She made the check-in process easy and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her excellent customer service made a great first impression and was truly appreciated. “Yes the breakfast is spectacular, the view because we were on the 6th floor was beautiful except I thought we had a room with a balcony but they don't have rooms with balconies. My other concern is is that one of the elevators, out of the only two in the hotel has not worked since we arrived it would act like it was working and then when you get in and press the button it wouldn't go anywhere so they were down to one elevator and when you're on the 6th floor especially in the morning when you……

“Staff is wonderful, especially at check in. Location is good because it is close to the beach. However, this is a really run-down motel. It needs updates badly. My room smelled awful-- like the cleaning staff tried to cover up something. Parking was good, but honestly, I wish I had stayed in a cleaner and more up-to-date place. During the night, I could hear someone is the room next to me puking all night, so there was a "sketchy" vibe. I couldn't wait to check out.”
