"The room was a generous size and the bedding was comfortable. The shower was hot and there were plenty of towels. The pool area was nice and the open air atrium was inviting.
We appreciated the ample continental breakfast and the convenient location near the airport and not far from restaurants. It was a great place to end our vacation."

"A great stay for a weekend trip. Check in was smooth and so was check out, definitely take advantage of the airport shuttle that they provide. There’s not much to do walking distance around the hotel but definitely go around the city!"

"The neighborhood is not the best maybe even by some standards sketchy. The hotel is amazing once you get into the property.
I come back every week for work. Great pool and jacuzzi. They actually clean the room daily and staff is amazing. "

"I had a lovely overnight stay at the Alameda. They let me check-in 3 hours early for a small fee so I could get ready for an afternoon event. The property was easily accessible. The staff were super kind. The room was clean, spacious, and had a huge bathroom. The hotel is situated just a 15-minute walk from the SAP Center and the neighborhood is super safe. Walked back at night without any worry. No complaints whatsoever. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in San Jose. "
"I saw lots of potential. I like the lay out of the original floor plan. In need of cosmetic up grade with the kitchen, by the way i love the original floor plan in the kitchen. I did see some graffiti on the kitchen cabinets its faint but it is visible. In need of blinds in the kitchen window. Again i am astonished on how large this room was. You could look into putting fans in the bathrooms for when showering. Over all put some blinds in the kichen along with some pots and pans in the kitchem and id come back. Thank you for trying.. i did enjoy my stay.

"What a wonderful place to stay during our trip. The house is as neat as a pin. The cottage is perfect for "personal space." There is a fair amount of airplane noise, but that pales in comparison to the rest of the property. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Suited our needs perfectly! The house is over 100 years old, so of course it’s a bit banged up, as to be expected, but it was clean and comfortable and full of cool details! Large and comfortable. Keep in mind it’s a bit loud because of the location, but the farther back you are in the house the quieter it gets, and it never bothered us. The whole process was easy and smooth and we will definitely be renting this spot again when we are in the area! Thank you! "
