“Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff and cute property. Rooms are a little small and the check-in is very awkward talking to a kiosk. But for the price you can’t beat it.”

“We had a good stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The only problem was with the air conditioner maintaining the temp which we finally figured it out. We would stay there again.”

“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”

“Upon arriving at 1:45pm they told me we couldn't check in until 3 or else I had to pay $35. All this was said while there was a sign on the desk (that I didn't notice until coming back after 3) that said you could check in at 2. While checking in the girl at the front desk was very kind but when I pointed out the sign the manager in the office became angry and loud and proceeded to argue with me about check in. After checking in the room was good but the ice machines were both broken. No ice at……

“Staff was rude. Guy had a bad attitude. No hot water. Booked with Expedia but had a problem at check in so while Expedia was trying to fix problem for 2 hrs I was told I wasn't allowed to wait in the lobby and was escorted out because the man did t want me to charge my phone in the lobby while I waited to Expedia to fix the problem. So rude”

“La piscina no funcionaba, la alfombra olía como a viejo o guardado, debido a que es un hotel PET friendly, por más que lo limpies siempre hueles a perro”

“Overall my stay was good, only thing bothered me that I stayed 6 nights with toilet clogged.. maintenance still on the way 😂😂😂. Thanks to my gym . However the lady at night shift tried to help me coming to the room trying to open it . Anyhow overall stay was good”
