“Our family had a lovely week staying at Dawn’s Xaman Ha condo. It was exactly as described with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean from our patio. Dawn was a very responsive host. We had one small issue with parking which she helped us resolve quickly. We would definitely recommend this listing and would not hesitate to return.”

“Oh my God what an amazing little gem. I am just guessing on the history but given that we are literally connected to the ferry pier, this small condo development might have been part of the very first development in playa del Carmen. The rest of the development on the first floor has fallen on hard times with most of the shops closed but luckily that includes the hard Rock Cafe and Senior frogs.
