“Although it was a beautiful property, the televisions and oven in our unit didn’t work properly. There were no cleaning supplies (broom, dust pan, vacuum cleaner, or dishwasher detergent). The parking was expensive.”

“I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Great location with a lot to do within walking distance or a short drive/uber ride. The bathroom situation was something new for me but a better experience than I expected. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner but overall not bad. I enjoyed the pool and appreciated the provided floats. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Upside: Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean。 Breakfast has variety of food and drinks. Good location. Downside: The A/C and the refrigerator are bit noise。”

“First and foremost the customer service was Amazingly spot on, the room and the view is just breathtaking, I loved everything about the hotel. 10/10 I would say. ”

“Some of the staff were rude, not welcoming. Meanwhile some staff were lovely - the barista on Monday morning, some of the pool/bar staff. The pool was super crowded so plan ahead. Room in the Tommie was nice. Bed was comfy! But the shower/ bathroom set up was not ideal but makes sense for the “European style”.”

“Beautiful view, right in the heart of Rainey. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is really only with the staff coming off as pretentious. The amenities were a nice touch.”

“Worked great for us but the road construction was cumbersome and the street noise from IH35 was definitely an issue for us but we live in the country and are just not used to any noise much less IH-35 noise. :-/”
