"The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows are great. I initially said there were some issues with the A/C noise and shower water pressure. The called me within 1/2 hour and offered to change our room. We chose not to. They sent someone to fix the shower pressure and it was good. Very responsive. The restaurant was very expensive. $7 for a cup of coffee. It was $65 for 2 of us for breakfast. I only had pancakes and coffee. Husband had eggs, toast, potatoes, bacon and the coffee. I guess it's to be expected in Boston though. It's an expensive town. We had a great time though. Celebrated daughter's graduation with her Master's Degree from Emerson College. "

"Great hotel - close to everything. Was able to check in early. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a street room but didn’t notice/mind the noise - staff asked prior to check in. We walked everywhere needed to go. Love coffee shop. Will definitely stay again."
