"John & Linda were wonderful hosts, informative, friendly and provided a great breakfast. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. The TV had an HDMI input so I was able to access all my local channels, through my computer. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was updated and very function-friendly. One more wastebasket, in the main room, would be a good idea (I had to provide at least one point to improve.) Overall, a terrific experience and we definitely would go back...

"What a great location right in the heart of downtown and the condo was nice, beds comfy. Not a lot of storage in kitchen for groceries/supplies and gave only three stars for cleanliness as dishes/silverware were dirty when we went to use and there were no dishwasher pods. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Charlevoix is lovely."

"The condo was great. It was in a great location and walking distance to the main hotel and shops. We were there for a Lacrosse tournament and the condo was very close to the fields too. It was also close to the trails and tennis courts. We can't wait to come back for some skiing. The property manager was in great communication with us too."

"Beautiful old house in a beautiful neighborhood very close to the lake and downtown. Louisa was our hostess. She was very friendly and helpful even ran to the Grey Gables restaurant next door to make our dinner reservation for us. We had the room off the living area so there was a little noise when the restaurant patrons left for the evening but it was very brief and no trouble at all. The huge King bed was perfectly pillow like for me, albeit a bit too soft for my husband, but no mattress will...

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice with the balcony. I wasn’t a fan of the contemporary art work but that is my taste. The bathroom was nice with a nice walk-in shower but no exhaust fan in the bathroom. This caused the mirror to fog up which was a little inconvenient. The beds were comfortable. It is within a short walk to downtown and Charlevoix’s beautiful park overlooking Round lake. "
