"We were staying at a 4-star hotel in TN, not only was it expensive, the cleaning crews told us they were too tired to clean all of the hotel daily as they were supposed to, so our room never got serviced until we called, and the staff were distant and not readily accessible nor friendly. Traveling home, we stayed at America’s Best Value Inn & Suites Pinckneyville, IL. Completely different experience. Staff were accessible, from Kimmy to Mit. The hotel was safe, the pool was heated, there were pool toys provided, a game room, breakfast, and best of all clean. well worth the extra miles off the main road. highly recommend this hotel. "

"The young 23yo gal at the front desk at check in Saturday evening was terrific. So friendly and informative. The room was clean and comfy. The only thing would be to have an outlet at top of bed level at the night stand instead of under it (hard for older folks to get down there to plug in a CPAP). I’d stay there again. "
