The only minor negative was the foldout couch. It was better than a traditional sleeper sofa, but not as comfortable as a trundle bed like at other hotels. "

"This was our first visit to CO, so first visit to Colorado Springs, too. This property proved to be a great launchpad for exploring the local area and also driving further out, with good access to the mountains. The host was communicative and helpful, onsite (floor above) too, so very accessible. Perhaps a little unusual (but clearly stated in the listing), the hosts live in the 2nd floor and part of the VRBO is a share access corridor which is used to move between to spaces on the ground...

"The home couldn’t be more beautiful The outside landscaping and patio are absolutely beautiful Spent nights outside on patio eating,talking,and enjoying the cool evenings. Location to all venues was very close,all within 10-15 minutes. The wonderful aspect of this home is its close vicinity to the Broadmoor hotel. A short 10 minute walk. The hotel is spectacular. Our kids and grandkids enjoyed it almost every day. The home is very spacious with a great game room downstairs. Ping pong,pool, air...
