"Very quaint yet up to date. I was a bit worried that it might be musty and dusty, being the oldest motel in the area. It was not!! The room was clean and comfortable and the grounds well kept, pretty and peaceful."

"This motel is charming and so welcoming. Every detail was well thought from a customer point of view. We loved the coffee in the morning, the quaint decorated, the chairs all around the grounds to sit and chat, the manicured flower beds and the decor of the gift shop to the rooms. All very warm and cozy. Well maintained and very clean. Closetenouth to Dougals to walk to downtown. Longer hike to Saugatuck. Great location close to severa places to eat. "

The home was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, fast, and helpful throughout our stay.
