"Nice place. Had a good stay. First night was awful. Our building smelled heavily of weed. And, our room was next to the walkway which meant we heard alot of noise. Outside of that the guests in the building were noisy, loud hallway conversations, yelling, slamming of doors. I didn't sleep all night. Next day we requested a room change and building management accommodated us immediately and apologized. Pool area is huge and there is a nice hot tub. The ground has other pools that are seasonal. Quite a few grills as well. Very nice place, would recommend and wold visit again."

"Staff was nice and the room was clean. My only issue was being stuck in the elevator and not knowing how long it would take. The fire department had to get us out, it would have been nice to know we were waiting on the fire department. Even though it was only 20 to 30 minutes, it felt like forever."

"I arrived at 2:30. I was told they were working on my room and it would be ready in a few minutes. Hour later it still wasn't ready so I went to the event I was there for. Came back at 1:00 a.m., not only was the room still not ready the door was wide open nothing on the mattresses no bedding no sheets no anything. Absolutely ridiculous. I highly unrecommend"

"We booked 2 rooms for nearby Amherst College graduation. The hotel worked out perfectly (although we didn't get to try out the famous dining halls as they were already closed for the year), staff were always nice, the onsite parking at $6 was convenient and we were constantly amazed at how fast the elevators were. The only dings we had were the temperature control in the room was wonky - it got really hot and the a/c wouldn't come on because we were told the temp OUTSIDE was too cold? As we were on the 7th floor, they would not let us open the swing window (there's no safety mechanism). They brought up a fan but seems to be a known problem they might want to sort out. Also the continental breakfast was pretty slim - just waffles and some fruit. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay."
