"Wonderful resort! Bartender José at the lobby bar was incredible! He was friendly and cool, always had a smile on his face. Doorman Richard was great! Knowledgeable & always ready to help. Server Alexander at the steakhouse went above and beyond everytime we saw him! Such a young, charming guy! All of the staff at the resort were wonderful! No complaints at all. The facilities are lovely and the food is great! ((Especially for an all inclusive.)) Fun vibe for anyone no matter what you’re looking for. Will be back! "

"Had multiple problems with my key cards. The steakhouse wasn't the greatest among all the a la carte restaurants. I did like that I didn't have to reserve. My steak was medium not medium rare. The crab cake was tiny. The lobster tail was a single portion as opposed to a double portion like on the photo. My steak had a big piece of fat. "

"I love traveling to this resort. The Staff is like family to us and we love them all. They always go above and beyond. If i could critique anything about this resort is the food. I am lucky on this trip, we stayed in the Royal Level with excellent food choices. Outside of the royal level the food seems to be consistent but also the same flavors and quality throughout. The food is made for the masses and quality suffers due to this. "
