"2nd time here and it was just as perfect as the first time. the home is perfect, modern, clean. the layout is great. 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the house with a big open community kitchen and livingroom/den area. there are no words to describe the river. steps from the house. you can just sit there all day..deer are very friendly and come say hi a few times a day. living in vegas this is the perfect getaway from it all. will 10000% be back."

"Beautiful location with stunning views. The property is spacious inside with lots of room to spread out. There is a large enclosed porch overlooking the river and an uncovered patio with a grill. There is a beautiful grassy area with benches to enjoy the views or for kids to run around. We were a family with adult children but this property is very kid friendly. Owner is very responsive. "Our family stayed here for a weekend getaway in April. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the kitchen/dining/living room area especially the large windows. We had everything we needed to cook all of our meals in the kitchen and the table was large enough for us to sit together and eat as well as play games. There is currently construction going on at the campground so noisy and messy. Communication was very poor. We got instructions after we arrived and could not get into the Cabin for over an hour. "We wanted a quiet place to rest after long days hiking. This was the perfect spot. Clean, with all the amenities we needed. Note: you will want AWD or a 4WD as the road up the hill is a bit steep."

"Location is very private and quiet. Relatively easy drive to both Zion and Bryce. The appliances are from long time ago but they fit the cottage decor and work once tou figure them out. There are 3 bathrooms but they are accessible only through bedrooms so it create a bit of an issue if you have more than 3 couples. We had 3 +1. Overall I recommended Duck Creek"

"My family and I enjoyed the condo and location, Brian Head ski resort is only a 5min drive from the condo and had a blast snowboarding the mountain. My kids really enjoyed the loft upstairs to sleep and hang out. The cozy condo is really cozy and beautiful . Would come back to this condo again."
