“It’s really bad experience! The elevator was failed and I need take a large and heavy bag going down to 1st floor,I never want have this hotel again .”

“The outside of the hotel is very dated but the rooms are completely renovated and still have that paint and new wood smell. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was close to parks, nature trails and The Swamp (Ben Hill Griffin Stadium) The manager was extremely helpful with a billing issue. I would stay there again.”

“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“Stayed here for a football game it wasn’t too far from campus it was good for sleeping for those nights and the rooms were good, bathroom was a little dirty but honestly for the price we paid and the weekend it was I didn’t mind ”
