“This was a terrible experience from start to finish. The property was not maintained to an acceptable standard. The bed sheets did not appear to be clean when we arrived, the bathroom had a persistent leak from the top and the carpets throughout the property were dirty and clearly in need of a deep clean. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when booking accommodation, and unfortunately this property fell well short. The maintenance issues and overall condition of the apartment……

“Jimmy was very helpful and attentive, even welcoming me personally on check-in at about 10 p.m. (I thought I would have to do a self check-in after 7 p.m., which would have been fine, but he came to the door instead.) The breakfasts were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable.”
