“Location was perfect, bus stop right outside. Room and bathroom werr very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our booking but the guesthouse doesn't provide breakfast, had to fight with hotels.com to get some money back. ”

“We had a lovely two night stay here. The room had everything we needed - the complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits was a lovely touch - and the host, Craig, was very friendly and welcoming. The guesthouse doesn’t have many rooms so it was lovely and quiet, no disturbances when sleeping, and the bed was very comfy. It was a good location, we got the bus into the city centre a couple of times which was very simple, and it only cost £2.40 for an adult single. We also had our car and parked round……
