“Great place overall”

“Room was kept clean. Rooms need a bit upgrading- curtain had holes in it, simple but clean room. The location is perfect along with the beautiful greenery surrounding the hotel. ”

“Everything was absolutely perfect. The facilities are very new, the decoration is simple, the bed sheets are clean, and the mattress is soft. All the staff at the front desk are extremely nice, especially Exequiel. When I couldn't sleep, I went to the front desk several times to ask, and he was very enthusiastic to tell me how to choose a tour group and also told me what precautions I need to take if I go by myself. I think such an employee deserves a higher salary because he really makes……

“Absolutely loved this property! The location is top notch, it’s super close to literally EVERYTHING you need! Also the room has a fridge, a microwave, and I think a coffee maker? (I don’t drink coffee but I think I remember seeing one) Staff was also extremely nice and accommodating, shout to Ana at the front desk! As a solo woman traveler, this property made me feel extremely safe, especially since all the staff were women! This will probably be my go to spot when I’m in PDC! I WILL BE BACK……

“Where to begin! Beautiful, relaxing experience. Claudia & Juan were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Assisted with great humour and spirit for everything I needed. I already miss Chef Miguel's breakfasts. Such a wonderful way to start each day; especially when it can be hard to eat later in the day, when it's hot. The room was lovely. My only complaint is outside the hotel's control- nearby business has very loud music and thumping bass until late. The ambience is worth a bit of missed sleep……

“I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience: 1. Terrible Noise and Location The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. Poor Hygiene and Room Conditions The cleanliness of the rooms was appalling. There were water leaks on the walls, stains on the bedding, and……

“I had a great stay @ The Reef 28. The hydrotherapy @ the spa was exceptional, differently one of the highlights of my trip. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel was very clean, the food was really. It would be great if the pool area had more chaise lounge chairs. Folks with day passes took them early and stayed all day so I didn't get a chance to take advantage of that experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel!”
