“Do NOT stay at this property. The hotel, bar and room were beautiful. However a maid tried to enter our room at 9:00 (checkout was 11) woke us up. Manager said we didn’t have our do not disturb on. Nope. We always check before bed specifically for this reason. And second we let them valet our car. They park it in an underneath parking garage. It had rained during the night and sentiment dripped on our entire roof, sunroof and along side our car. They told us to use LCR which we know would take……

“Was a bit oudated, in that some fresh paint and minor upkeep could help the rooms seem a bit better. No soundproofing at all. You could hear everything and we stated at the same time that some inconsoderate guests did. Being loud, slamming doors, letting their kids run wild. Maybe they could invest in that somehow. To allow guests some peace from at least the hallways and connecting rooms. It was like everything was paper thin. Staff was extremely friendly, but might have been a bit overrun,……
