“Just amazing all together, while they don’t have a restaurant or food on property there is a Go mart down the street (walking distance) & I was able to store everything in the fridge for the duration of my stay. Sweet and kind staff, very accommodating and helpful & it’s just as beautiful in person as in the pictures!!”

“Amazing Experience at Secrets Tulum We had such an amazing time at Secrets Tulum! 🌴✨ The experience was even more special because of the incredible service. A huge shoutout to our bartender, who somehow always had our drinks ready before we even had to ask! 🍹 The Scooby Doo and the Mexican Candy drinks were so much fun and definitely made our nights unforgettable. His attention to detail and great attitude really made a difference. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the ceviche……

“They do not have a pool .. It's only a soaking tub on top floor!! Extremely disappointing for me as I wanted to swim in a pool the entire vacation.. Also, you can't do laundry yourself.. Which I don't like!! The housekeeper's can but the fee is 25 U.S. Stuff was extremely friendly.. Be aware you can't swim in the ocean do to sargassum it smells and it is everywhere, Tulum and Cancun... Tulum is very expensive also..”

“Check in process was smooth. Friendly staff and helpful. Never expected a much bigger apartment wuth a TV with netflix/youtube kitchen and fridge and microwave. Sooo much better than the hotel. 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 king bed on the other room with uts own full bathroom. There is also washer and dryer which is very convenient if you enjoy the water everyday. There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties.……

“The water sink is stifled, not hot water. We have to switch to another room in the morning for shower. No hair dryer as well. Worst hotel experience ever!”
