"Highly recommend this property. Impeccably clean. Met all our needs. Beautiful backyard with a gorgeous pool. Bonus super cute guest house. Owner communicated back right away. House included everything you could possibly think of. Very cute touches."

"We traveled here to view the eclipse. We had a wonderful time. Sue's condo is brand new. She has done a wonderful job with the decor and furnishings. You have a porch with water views and cabana furniture. A great spot to relax and enjoy the breeze, birds, and passing boats. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is a great space for preparing meals with well stocked cabinets. There is a laundry room which is convenient. Detergent is provided. The bathrooms are well supplied with towels....

"This was an old trailer in poor condition not a cottage. Loft bed was stained and smelled like urine as well. Would not let my 3 year old up there. Hot water only lasts 3 minutes so had to take cold showers. The water smelled unpleasant. Couch should have been replaced 10 years ago. Center sinks in. No wifi so the TV would not work. The photos of this place are very deceiving, neighbors are within 20 feet and it's a trailer park. Pool on the property was decent. 1/2 price for the week would...

"First, Michelle and Cliff were the best hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often. They were even worried when we got lost. The house was very clean as were the towels and linens. We had enough silverware and dishes even though all we needed was coffee. The A/C units kept the house FREEZING!!!"

"Property was better than described. I loved the location, right by the lake in a peaceful area and close enough to Port Clinton, Sandusky, Marblehead and Catawba. We were mostly there for fishing and had a great time with a lot of fish caught. There are a couple wildlife areas we went to: Willow Point was good fishing and we had fun with the kayaks at Resthaven. As we were getting ready to leave my son locked his keys in his car. The owner of the property showed up to clean for the next guests...

"I was a bit disappointed while at the pool area. There was no supervision / parents and the kids were not listening to the pool employees when told to stop. There was also a line to get into the hot tub and no one was managing that issue. The cottage was great, just wish the pool wasn't so chaotic."

Amazing, affordable hotel
"I was worried at first about this hotel when I booked it. I was extremely surprised by it when we arrived! The staff was amazing, friendly and professional, the room was immaculate, the pool perfect. I loved having the view of the water from my room. The convience of its location was a plus. Amazing restaurant attached, bowling lanes across the street and a boardwalk down the road. My kids absolutely loved it. Beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion I have is they should put restrooms in the pool area. It is only about 15-20 minutes from Cedar Point, 10 minutes from Sandusky Mall area. Very affordable for families. This will be our annual trip hotel. I can't wait to go back! "
