“This hotel was quite a lovely surprise. It is right by the beach, but I didn’t hear the commotion on Ocean Drive. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room itself was beautiful and a very nice size. The bedding was extremely comfortable and it was simply a lovely stay. The restaurant connected to the hotel was also very good. I would absolutely return for my next trip to Miami.”

“The Betsy is an amazing, world-class hotel. This was my third stay at the hotel. The first time in 2017, then again in 2022, and now T and W before MDW. The location is perfect. Quiet, yet close to everything! The staff is excellent. Everyone I encountered was helpful. I especially liked Mark and George at the front desk. They treated me like a VIP. Evens was a very kind bellhop. I had a dinner at LT steak and seafood that was like one of the best meals of my life. I got the crabcake salad, the……

“Clean property, nice room, very convenient location. However they only provided 4 towels for 2 people that must last greater than 48hours. You’re clearly going to the beach and water if vacationing in Miami so you will be showering etc more than regular. When my family simply asked housekeeping for a few more towels, the staff turned it into this huge debacle and told us we weren’t following the rules. I’m all for “saving the environment” but at the same time - I’m visiting Miami for the beach……

“L’hôtel est globalement très bien. En revanche, notre expérience avec le transport a été extrêmement décevante. Nous avions demandé un taxi pour 18h, mais avons dû attendre 30 minutes, ce qui nous a mis en retard. De plus, il ne s’agissait manifestement pas d’un taxi officiel, mais plutôt d’un VTC. Le tarif appliqué était totalement excessif : 88 € pour un trajet entre Miami Beach et l’aéroport international, soit environ le double du prix habituel. Il est inacceptable qu’un établissement……

“Low flow toilet clogs; window was extremely cheap, dirty, and out of place; beauty mirror didn't collapse flat, tv faced couch so to face bed you pull it out then walk into it at night; shower door bottom too low drags bath mat; safe mat didn't fit safe; not enough plugs by the door; jackhammer in the morning by the window; and service light button broken.”

“The staff were very friendly, the pool was awesome and it was a super short walking distance to good food and the beach. I included the continental breakfast with our room, and I would say it was worth it. It was fresh and they had a good variety of breakfast pastries to go along with fresh fruits. We had a double queen room with balcony, and have 0 complaints about noise. The room upon arrival was tidy but the floors were dirty, and there was lipstick (?) smeared on the floor. The room was……
