“The hotel did not have any electricity or water. I understand that the hotel lost power due to some county wide issue but they did not even inform us when this outage happened. When we went there for check in, that's when they mentioned that power outage happened 3-4 hours ago. They could have informed us and we could have found alternative accommodation, but they informed us late in the night when we went there for check in. “The property is old but adequate. The toilet was very low, small, and not very efficient. The tank fills very slowly and didn't always flush the toilet paper down on the first flush. The key to unlock the door took a lot of wiggling to turn and get the door open. There was a lamp for each bed, but only one of them worked. The only other lights were the toilet/bathtub area and the sink area, so the room was pretty dark. The bathtub didn't have any grab bars and was very slippery. There was no……

“The location is only 4 minutes drive to Big Bend which is a big plus for us. We stayed there 4 nights, and the host is responsive and keep the trash in our room cleaned every day. The check in and check out thrue texting is also convenient for us because we check in late and check out early thanks to the smart door lock. The layout is practical and in room appliances (microwave, fridge, hair blower) are also help us staying in there for easy breakfast and dinner. Overall, I recommend this……
