“Everything is perfect! I love the room and the service”

“Per other reviews, very convenient to sports stadium, and transit. 20-30 min walk. We felt safe. Lots of parking, self park and valet are same price. Breakfast was understaffed and many items missing, however eggs were very good.”

“旅館附近的街道非常狹小，車輛又多，上下車非常不方便。旅館又沒有自己的停車場，必須停在附近的停車場，車子又多，常常停不到位子！另外客房服務不到位，等了兩個多小時沒有人來舖沙發床，一直到深夜12點，只好自己下樓，請人送被單床單來自己鋪床。櫃檯電話竟然都打不通！”

“This hotel is the in the heart of City Center. Check in was quick. The room was clear and the bed was very comfy. Also had the standard complimentary supplies. We didn’t eat at the hotel but there are many restaurants in walking distance. Hard Rock Cafe and Iron Hill Brewery. There was not as much traffic as other big cities I’ve been to and the area was fairly clean for a big city but there are a few bums on the street, not surprising. The streets are clear and minimal to no parking on the……

“This hotel is convenient to the airport and I-95 as I'm sure you can see on a map. The building has concrete flexicore floors so it's soundproof top to bottom. The inner walls are also soundproof. I didn't like the in-room air handler. When it comes on, it sounds like a bus starting up. It will wake you in the night unless you bring along ear plugs. I'd stay here again but would bring my earplugs.”

“I did not like the lack of explanation and instructions. This was my first time at this hotel, or any express hotel. I was unfamiliar with the check in process and using the room key at access to things. I feel like it could be more welcoming and informative at the check in process. ”

“Poor front disk service, the staff is not professional and works extremely slowly. No coffee maker in the room. The chairs are not comfortable. The power supplies are put far away from the desk and chairs, it’s inconvenient to charge the cellphone.”
