“Finally a good bed, but the included breakfast was always late, running out of key items. Pool and hot tub nice but small. Adult hours need to be more often, not 10pm to close.”

“We stayed here for two nights. Our room was ready to occupy late, and we waited an hour after check in to receive our keys. That was disappointing. Then when we got to our room, it felt like the AC hadn’t been run in days. It was hot and took hours to cool off. We had to open doors in July to get the room to cool down. After those mishaps, though, we began to fully enjoy our stay. I would doubt those issues are repeated for others. So, I enthusiastically recommend this resort. If all goes well,……

“I booked this property based on reviews saying it was a 4.4 out of 5. Not even close to that. One of our rooms had an awful chemical smell so we had to get a different one. The rooms themselves appeared clean but the floors were filthy. The main areas were dirty and the breakfast underwhelming. We had to leave a day early as I had an allergic reaction to something in the room. The staff and manager were accommodating and comped the second night. I've never had an experience like that before and……

“Loved the updated hotel; feels very clean and new! I used all the amenities - hot tub, sauna, etc. Everything was clean and relaxing. Nice to look at Pikes Peak while soaking in the hot tub! The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is the availability of parking if you arrive after about 7pm, but the desk staff helpfully pointed out some available spots I hadn't seen. Room was clean, quiet, cozy. I loved it and will definitely return when I go back to Manitou……
