“First and foremost the customer service was Amazingly spot on, the room and the view is just breathtaking, I loved everything about the hotel. 10/10 I would say. ”

“The hotel was under construction during my stay, which was not disclosed beforehand, and it also appears the property has recently changed names. Overall, the experience was subpar. The biggest issue was the elevators. They were unreliable, had signs instructing guests how to press buttons to avoid breaking them, and would vibrate aggressively at certain floors. Some floors couldn’t even be accessed by elevator and required using the stairs, which was inconvenient. The ice machine was only……

“Amazingly vintage yet modern experience. Reminded me of home (Los Angeles). Room service was very quick and responsive while the front desk staff was extremely helpful and timely. Would 100% recommend to Poole visiting downtown Austin. ”
