"The lady at the front desk (didn’t get her name) was so awesome and accommodating to the fact that my boyfriend and I had our cat with us. And she worked with us to let us stay a little longer to make sure we could get everything out, including the cat. This place is so amazing, I wish we could live here forever."

"Checked in late, but Mason was great. He had an enormous task of several groups before we checked in. He handled them with composure and superior attunement to finding the best solutions for their needs as well as the issue of being booked out. We waited for a long time and he greeted us like we were his first guests. He is a different class of service! We enjoyed the room and the checkout process was so smooth. Everything turned out great.
