We just ask that you be respectful of other guests below you so please no running or jumping. PLease use the dryer to dry all beach towels

Great place to stay! We had everything we could possibly need in every single room! We really wouldn’t have had to bring much of anything. Beds were comfortable and condo was very spacious. Location was great….close to everything and Garden City Beach was less than 5 minutes away! The neighborhood was quiet and the indoor and outdoor pools very nice and the fitness center was great also. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Plenty of space. Nice to have linens, bath towels, and beach towels provided. Quiet neighborhood. Having use of the luggage cart and elevator was a tremendous help for unloading and loading. Had a few very small issues during the stay that the owner handled immediately. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
