“horrible”

“Clean room. Convenient location. The air conditioner barely worked, I woke up twice sweating and had it turned down as low as it would go. The remote control was not "configured to the tv" so the volume didn't work among other things. The drain stopper in the bathroom was broken so I had to reach under the sink and push the stopper up to let the sink drain. Not a terrible stay but not amazing for the price.”

“Staff was extremely helpful as we had a lot of gear to unload and bring to our room. The luggage cart in the lobby when we arrived had flat wheels - they tracked down the missing luggage cart for us and helped us move some of the items.”

“It did not have elevators or luggage carts, which was a pain. The staff was as helpful as they could be. I am thankful for their efforts.”

“Great place to stay!”

“晚上噪音大，空调噪音大，睡的不舒服，厕所马桶陈旧，排水有问题，建议翻修，软设施没感觉出来。服务还好。”

“Everything was GOOD,I enjoyed my stay and looking forward to stay again.”

“Room was nice and clean. My four star rating is because of the room air conditioner. Old rattle trap noisy as can be. Unbearable! Every time it cut on it woke us up. Resulting in less than restful sleep. If this doesn’t bother you it’s a really nice place to stay.”

“The property was well maintained. Very helpful when asking questions.”

“Won’t ever stay there again, windows haven’t been clean in years”

“This cabin is beautiful! Very well kept up, generous space, great location in Linn and the hosts were very responsive! We will definitely stay again when visiting family!”

“Great communication with the owner”

“Check in was easy, the beds were comfortable, and there was good off street parking. It's a fine choice if there are three or fewer people in your group and you don't want to go with a hotel. Some things I wish I had realized ahead of time: There are only three comfortable places to sit in the living room, a loveseat and an armchair. If you have more than three people, the others will have to sit on a backless metal barstool or the floor. The house is cooled by two small window units neither of……

“Very over priced for the quality, amenities and location. In the pictures there are decorations and the place looks homey - not in reality. The 2 refrigerators were either unplugged or didn’t work. The water smelled terrible-but that wasn’t the host’s fault. Also not the host’s fault, but it’s on the other side of the Missouri River from the Katy Trail. Internet was very spotty.”

“Nice place...”
