“Perfect”

“Adorable inn right down the street from “The Inn at Little Washington”. We stayed here the night we did dinner at The Inn. It’s a 2 min walk. White Moose itself was a treat. Funky little set up. All the rooms have their own bathroom but outside the room (think kitchen, dining room, etc) are the common areas. The 5-6pm happy hour was proper with a local rye whisky and wine. Breakfast the next morning was a yogurt parfait and a quiche. Overall 10/10 experience and would highly recommend.”

“Super friendly staff and they served my delicious complimentary pints even though their pub had closed earlier. I'll go back and highly recommend them!”

“Great place to stay. I recommend it heartily.”

“Super cute place! Drew was so helpful and friendly. Loved the breakfast and the whole vibe of the house. Highly recommend,”

“Everything was clean, cute, and as advertised! The shower pressure”

“The absolute nicest, cleanest Vrbo I have ever stayed at! Great communication from the host, the property did not disappoint. It was well stocked with everything needed. And very clear directions for using the property and a terrific folder with area information. Will return.”

“Our hosts were very prompt and helpful with communication. The manor house suited my group’s needs well and were comfortable.”

“Lovely, comfortable, and well located near the Inn.”

“Photos and description accurate to listing. Very quiet and peaceful. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with equipment for cooking meals, I didn't notice anything they didn't have available. Communication with host was great. Would absolutely book here again!”

“Short walk to Inn at Little Washington and Pattyo's which we didn't realize and a reasonable way to drive Skyline Drive and visit in Ruckersville. Host was very helpful. ”

“The property was in a great location and very clean. The host was very upfront with a few minor things that were still needed for him to fix. The kitchen was updated but could have used more that 2 coffee cups. The house was very pet-friendly. The screened in porch was great and loved reading and watching the sunset out there. The price was a bit on the high side with all of the taxes etc. We will be renting there again!”

“Highly recommend! Very clean and the space was welcoming. Exceeded my expectations. ”

“Lovely place to stay during Fall visit to Shenandoah National Park and dinner with friends in Little Washington and Amissville. Immaculate and comfortable, the bedrooms and baths were perfect for us. We made little use of the kitchen beyond morning tea but it seemed fully equipped. We loved walking on th grounds and to the winery. Highly recommended.”

“Very lovely setting, the cottage's age was showing in some areas.”

“The six of us were utterly delighted with this home! As others have mentioned, it is secluded which for us was a plus. Bird watching was excellent and the night stars were so bright. The house itself was immaculate, laid out very efficiently, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well-stocked. The closest "grocery" store was the Sperryville Corner Store which was rather pricey, so we were glad that we had decided in advance to pack the food and snacks we needed for breakfast, hiking……

“The Mint Cottage was perfect and exactly what we hoped for! The cottage was super clean, comfortable, and had every possible thing we could’ve needed. The hosts thought of everything! We loved it and would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks for the lovely welcome, treats, and hospitality John and Diane! :)”

“We had a great experience here!”

“very quiet and cute house off the beaten path. But part of a community of nearby houses.Carol is very easy to talk to and helpful”
