“When we got there about an hour after we made the reservation y expedia there was no room available. We had to drive about 75 miles further to find accommodations for the night in Gaylord, Michigan. I sent a letter to you over 2 weeks ago asking for a refund. Have not seen a refund or an explanation! Do Not plan using Expedia again.”

“Clean , nice place to stay. Staff was excellent. Did not use pool. Carpet in room needed to be replaced. Felt sticky, looked dirty. Beds very comfortable and clean.”

“Our family a wonderful week at Whitetail Family Resort and we were so happy to be back! The cabin was clean and had plenty of supplies such as paper towels, trash bags, etc. Tom is always friendly and helpful and we’re already looking forward to next year!!”

“We booked this property for a girls weekend and loved our stay! Such a cute little cabin that had everything we needed. The only downside is no running water for showers and a porta potty. But if you don’t mind a little rustic stay then this would be a great option!”

“Property was just as pictured. Host was easy to communicate with. A great place to stay for a last minute trip for our family of 4.”

“It was a nice, cozy cottage / cabin in the woods. It had everything you need and it was clean. Quiet and peaceful. We seen deer, a jack rabbit and chipmunks running around in the back chasing each other and collecting acorns. Made some s'mores at the fire at night. Plenty of wood. South Higgins Lake State Park is 5 minutes away and so is Marl Lake State hiking trail. The owner / host was very nice. My wife and kids enjoyed this place. We will be back next year.”

“Liked availability for <1wk rental, proximity to main road & host was incredibly responsive. Kids liked the train set. Didn't like that WiFi is advertised but not provided. No cable and the TV/VCR/DVD only worked sometimes. Ceiling water stains in EVERY room. Torn linens and damaged counters/furniture. Something was melted in the dryer so was concerned to use it. No towels provided. Advertises that sleeps 10 but no (glad we didn't need that many beds). The key does NOT work to the second...
