"The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a decent amount of options for adults as well as kids. Dining area was always clean. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only about 20 mins away from the airport and 10 mins away from major shopping outlets. My only complaint with the property was that room service had to be booked in advance which I wish I knew sooner because we were traveling with an infant and needed the room cleaned at least once. Second, the property only had one working elevator and often times we had to take the stairs while carrying bags and our baby. Third, the laundry room is way too small. Thankfully there wasn’t a large amount of people who wanted to wash their clothes the night before our flight. Overall I would stay here again, but improvements can be made to better enjoy the hotel."

"Absolutely filthy. The woman who works for the front desk was amazing. But everything else was horrible. You have to sign in to WiFi every two hours including passwords and surveys. Never once did any cleaning person offer towels never changed our sheets. Never offer towels always have to hunt them down. Keys always need to be reset almost daily. But the worst is that the mattress has no cover pee, blood, and whatever else stains."

"Housekeeping was super nice. The breakfast was one of the better ones we've had post covid. A lot of places went to strictly prepackaged stuff but they had a different breakfast both days we were there which was refreshing. My daughter loved the herb potatoes. Having a crib on site was extremely appreciated and helpful. The indoor pool was nice since we had rain. It gave my daughter something to do after being in a car for 8 hours. We had a good stay."
