“You will need to purchase the Waterpark passes. We paid a fee under $100 for both of us as long as we were there on our visit. You received a wrist band that gets you into your room and Waterparks. also in most places you could use it to buy food and things on the property. Very useful being most of the time your in your bathing suits with flip flops. They have Free buss transportation to take you all of the locations. We purchased the Wilderness version and never were bored. Kept us busy for 3……

“Breakfast was nice and the pool was great. Always fresh towels available. My only issue was the bed. Some like a hard/firm mattress but I can't sleep on them so thats a personal preference. I did ask for a topper and that was delivered but not a lot of help. Again its a personal preference. We have stayed at both locations and enjoyed our stay.”

“We loved the pool which has towels so you don’t need to worry about bringing yours. We had the village view which was nice. Family friendly and the staff was welcoming and so nice, genuinely. So close to everything. We did not leave the area. Valet parking was $25 and they were also very careful and personable. We will stay again and visit the spa next time.”

“Super great value & very family friendly! Staff warm & welcoming. Overall property needs a good deep clean but rooms were clean & although you can see the age of the building, it’s kept up well. Soaking tub was amazing!”

“This property is beautiful. Hotel is clean and spacious with friendly staff. Warm and welcoming. Great coffee/cafe/food open late. On a side note, for a resort/spa the fitness room was very small and equipment was outdated. For anyone with a daily fitness regiment this was not very useful. Also, the pool was really for young kids mostly, there were no adult areas that were relaxing, lots of kids crowding around the pool deck and jacuzzi areas. Would stay again.”

“We had a wonderful stay during our Smoky Mountains trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. The room was well maintained, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay after spending the day exploring the Smoky Mountains. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended for families visiting the Smoky Mountains!”
