“We enjoyed our one night stay at this lovely property. The location is perfect for spending a day at the Trail of 10 Falls, which is a few mins away. The place was cozy, intimate and clean. The bathroom was wonderful. We appreciated the coffee machine with a well stocked coffee pods / grounded coffee. Communication was easy through the Vrbo app. Cell signal in the area is poor / non-existant and planning ahead when communicating with the host is essential.”

“We are so glad we found this amazing studio apartment treehouse! It is such a lovely space, so welcoming, cozy & comfortable. Clean & neat, excellent natural light & wildlife views, loved a soak in the tub & the luxuriosly comfy bed! A delightful place for 2 weary parents to rest, relax & hang out together for our anniversary. Special thanks to our fabulous, generous host for thinking of every sweet little thing we might need to enjoy our stay: from the snack basket of munchies & breakfast……

“Definitely overkill with square footage of house for the wife and I. But the neighborhood was perfect. House was immaculately clean. Enough dishes and cookware to easily grab groceries and cook at the house. Grocery store is only 5 min away. Beautiful views from the deck. All in all perfect for us!”

House was clean in all The important ways. A amazing morning view from rear deck Just a few random things-each bathroom had barely any toilet paper- only 2 rolls for an almost a week stay for four . Kitchen table chairs and living room furniture in rough shape- it gives you an uncomfortable feel - when legs……

The house was extremely spacious and we enjoyed having so many amenities - hot tub, covered outdoor kitchen with fire pit, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a media room for watching movies. The neighborhood was very peaceful, yet we weren’t far from McMinnville, Dundee and Newburg and the shops, restaurants and wineries there. We appreciated the welcome……
