“We arrived at the hotel late at night when plans to stay with a family member fell through. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and supportive. They took care of parking our car, got us quickly to our room, even sending up some refreshments. Over the two days we stayed there, we received the warmest and most responsive service we've experienced at a hotel in a long, long time. “We stayed at Washington Park Hotel for two nights while in town for some events. The staff was excellent and the location in amazing. So close to the park and food, subway, and some great bars, and the comedy bars. The room was clean but a bit run down could use an update. Unfortunately we weren’t told until the day before that renovations were happening and the bar/restaurant weren’t open. It did get a bit loud in the morning with staff cleaning rooms in the very narrow hallways. But for the……
