“Under construction never told how to get to our room as the elevator closest to lobby was not operable. Ice machine not operating had to go two floors down to get ice. Had an over 300 person party and as a guest of the hotel-we were secondary in their concerns. Had to walk through the party to get to the lobby. Very embarrassing as they had formal wear and we were in travel clothes. Had a great burger in the restaurant. But the construction was not a pleasant dinner accompaniment. Restaurant……

“This property is very dated. I have stayed at many SpringHill Suites and this does not meet the mark for their line. The beds were comfy, however the bathroom had some mold noted on the ceiling, and everything was very early 2000’s. There were issues with the card systems, and staff was extremely helpful. The elevators were filthy. ”
