“Helpful, friendly staff. The facility was pretty well maintained. The room was clean, but had a vague 'cafeteria' odor - I suspect due to kitchen use during someone's previous extended stay. My stay was a single night after late arrival. I would stay there again.”

“Very, very nice breakfast each morning. Spacious and useful lobby and dining area. Room was nicely outfitted with clean spacious bathroom. Great shower and amenities. Pool is of a good size and area is well-maintained with friendly, helpful staff I saw each morning. Two complaints, though not terribly serious: 1) bedding isn't the best quality and feels it. Nice bed, but upgraded linens would help a lot. 2) Housekeeping for our room: Hotel info states that housekeeping comes every other day.……

“The renovations have greatly enhanced the property. All was very fresh. Staff was what one would expect. Proper attitudes. Kids enjoyed the pool. In all fairness, kids would have enjoyed the water were it a muddy creek. Breakfast was standard fare, but well prepared. Bottom line...I certainly will return in the future.”

“Front desk was helpful and friendly at check in. The breakfast was good. The was a strange smell that appeared to be coming out of the air conditioner at the end of the hall on floor 3 outside our room 300.”

“Mattress was TERRIBLE NO support at all. Two people rolled together to the middle. Supposed to be 2 queens but didn’t feel like a queen size. They Only do housekeeping every other day including trash removal, make up bed, replenish with fresh towels etc. Staff was not very welcoming at check in. He just stood there twirling his hair. At departure front desk staff engaged in personal conversation not recognizing us at all at departure like “thank you for staying with us”. Great need for extensive……

“Room was not clean and run down. The porta crib we requested was not clean at all. Disappointed based on the reviews as we did not experience a pleasant stay and our room was not clean and very run down.”
