“The property is right on the beach! We were unable to get in the water and use a lot of the amenities, like paddle boards, due to the sargassum (which is on every beach in the Riviera Maya). The restaurant staff were very attentive and the breakfast was good. They made us a to go meal on our last day. There is no other choice for meals in the area, so you need a car if you want to eat elsewhere. Taxis were $400-450 Mex pesos for a one way ride to the nearest village. You get 1 bottle of water……

El servicio del personal es excelente y se preocupan constantemente porque los huespedes estén bien atendidos. “Our stay was amazing! We loved being right on the ocean, it was so relaxing. Guest services reached out to us to check in a couple of times and that made our trip even smoother, knowing they were there if we needed anything.”

“Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.”

“We had a great time at VR Tulum. The staff and food was great. We also got to see Turtles lay eggs 2 of the nights that we were there right on the beach outside of our door. My family and I had a great time!”

“Paying the daily national park fee and figuring out where to enter and exit were a pain, but once we got the hang of it, not bad. Beach was full of seaweed; that way all along coast, even Cancun. Tulum Ruins was my favorite, above Chichen Itza! Food excellent at resort and every where else. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.”

La gerencia está muy al pendiente de lo que pasa, el staff es muy atento y la cultura de servicio se siente, gracias Lucia, Patricia, Josue, Susana y el chef en el bee bar, que se volvió nuestro lugar favorito. Nos hospedamos ya 4 veces y vamos por mas.”

“Everything is great, even though it has no beach it’s nice, you can walk to the beach, it’s right across from 5th ave, You get there they introduce you to the hotel and amenities as well as restaurants The only bad part was that when you get there they try to sell you on a presentation at a different hotel also a reef resort, while the guy was talking I told him no 3 times, Once you say no his demeanor changed towards us, tipped him for showing us around we left, as we would walk it was……

“The service and hotel were amzing ! We get there and Elizebeth greats us with a smile and she were drained and shots for me and my family. And than after the check in she introduced us to Alfred or personal concierge for our entire stay! Alfred was amazing. We got there and he’s like let me show you guys where the restaurant is because I know you guys are hungry as we’re walking. He’s explaining the hotel he explains. He’s our private concierge as well. He explains on the way that we could go go……

“Horrible lugar las habitaciones de lo más sucio cucarachas insectos y la playa está llena de zargaso con un olor horroroso que entra alas habitaciones fue como una pesadilla pasar una noche allí el inodoro se tapó al primer uso tuvimos que salir de ese lugar ala mañana siguiente nada es igual a las fotos que están en el anuncio de ese horrible lugar”
