“Fue horrible, no tienen agua caliente, el agua tenia arena, una habitación me la cambiaron 3 veces, la primera no servia el mini split, la segunda se transparentaba el vidrio del baño y no tenia persianas en las ventanas, la tercera no bajaba el baño y tenia tina de hidromasaje el cual no servia y tenia el agua estancada y llena de moscos. Encontramos chicles pegados, la verdad muy mala experiencia ”

“Algunas partes de las habitaciones y el hotel en genera se ven deterioradas, algo normal al estar a pie de playa, el servicio y la atención por parte del staff fue excelente ”

“The AC mini split is right above the bed and was leaking right on our head. There were no soaps in the bathroom and none in the kitchen. The water gets turned off in the morning. We had a morning flight put and were leaving the condo at 5 am. We were not able to wash our hands or brush our teeth. Condo location is good, few steps to ADO which us convenient. ”

“We loved our stay at Villa Pescadores! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Thank you Vic, Bani, Francisco, David, Leo, Miguel, Ezequiel, and many more smiling faces whose name I didn’t catch. The location was peaceful and absolutely stunning. We rented e-bikes on the days we wanted to check out other areas in Tulum. Overall the perfect trip!”

“Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area. ”

“Broken toilets. Pool has view on the highway. Broken elevator. Changed rooms 3 times. There is not cenote!!!!! ”

“The pool was beautiful and the room is great value for money. However the dishes were not clean and we asked several times for the safe to be opened and they did not come ”

“La habitación estaba limpia, el clima funcionaba muy bien, la TV super, encontramos estacionamiento a dos calles, el personal fue amable y en el corazón de la quinta avenida. La pasamos muy bien, pedi acceso fácil para discapacitados y nos dieron una buena habitación. Si lo recomiendo ”

“A very clean, cute budget friendly room. I was glad I picked the location, far enough off of 5th, which is very very loud. The grounds were relaxing with lots of places to sit, read. Nice pool. A communal outdoor kitchen. Walkable to ferry, buses. I would stay here again. ”

“Honestly, this stay was very disappointing. The property looks nothing like the photos online. The room was in poor condition, with stained bedding, damaged furniture, mold in the bathroom, and general signs of neglect throughout. Cleanliness and maintenance are clearly not a priority here. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.””
