The rooms are very nice an spacious, Carolina the house keeper super nice, the pool on Friday was nice and as well as the service, Saturday was bad, to many people and bad service. Sunday was very nice and quiet, Violin and Fernardo were amazing. Karl did the check out for us, extremely efficient and friendly, he took some charges that they were out in our bill by mistake. "

"We love the Bayfront area of Miami and this was our first time staying at the InterContinental. Very clean, loved the view from our room, staff was friendly and helpful and it was super convenient to all the things we love in that area. Also bonus to have a Starbucks in the hotel. We stayed for 4 days before getting on a cruise and 1 more day after the cruise. Great place! We will be staying there again for sure! "
