"It was a dreary weekend of rain, fog and clouds in Blanco, but this hotel was cheerful and the staff friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast had good variety. It was an easy drive to the square to shop during Market Days. "

"We travel with a dog and request a first floor room which they have accommodated us with. Checkin is very easy . I love that the room has no carpet because it makes the room feel cleaner. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is a nice size. The refrigerator is a good size but lacks a freezer section. We travel with ice packs for the cooler and would like to be able to refreeze them. There is a good area to walk the dog behind the fence by Walmart or around the property too. The breakfast offers a variety of selections. The hotel is in a great location to access many attractions in the Fredericksburg area. We have stayed twice while visiting Fredericksburg and will stay again the next time we visit."
