"The house was the perfect size for our group of 15. The group consisted of grandparents, their 3 kids, spouses, and the the grandkids. Each set of adults had their own bedrooms with bathroom plus the kids' bedroom. We appreciated that 2 of the adult bedrooms along with the kids' bedroom were on the North end of the house while the other 2 bedrooms were on the South, separated by the kitchen/living areas. 'The Sandlake View--Birding, Storms, Beach
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (37)
"We loved being so close to awesome trails and sparsely populated beaches. The house was VERY clean. The furnishings might be worn and torn but everything is clean clean clean. The layout of the home is funky with lots of places to sleep but only one bedroom with a door. Keep in mind there is no estuary access from the property but amazing views. Plus one of the coolest trails by the estuary is very close by. The fenced yard was great for our dog. We had a great time!"

Gorgeous waterfront home with ocean views, a furnished deck, & beach access
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (39)
"This house is in a remarkable location. We had a few perfectly clear sunsets we could enjoy simply standing on the balcony. The beach is also just about 25 years away. There were 12 of us and had plenty of space and we had a really wonderful time. That said, I will always try to avoid staying in Vacasa managed homes. It was a great deal for the price but I'm not sure I'd choose to go back. I wouldn't describe it as clean or cozy but great for a long weekend on the coast."
