"The closeness to the hospital, the Valet service was fantastic, and any food we ate was very good. The phones in the room didn't work, but I think that was a problem for most of the rooms, after speaking with other guests."

"Booked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle but when I checked in their morning shuttle to the airport was full. They only have one shuttle van. Other than that I think the hotel is a good one and I'll probably stay again but will book my airport shuttle a few days in advance."

"Excellent staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel itself is unique. Very interesting and impressive space. The only negative thing I would say is that I have been visiting this hotel for almost two years because my son attends college nearby and the elevators have been a problem since my first stay. During my recent stay the one working elevator was out of service and we had to walk five flights of stairs to our room. Otherwise, the hotel is fantastic and I plan to continue visiting."
