"Great property friendly staff with beautiful landscape. Staff went above and beyond with anything we asked for and always have a smile and never heard the word NO well we were there. Nice beach always open palapa to get chairs. We swam with turtles in front of the property everyday as well as seeing plenty of fish. Worth getting the preferred club. Room was clean and updated with great amendments. Had plenty of food options and portions were good. We have stayed at dozens of adults only...

"The customer service by the pool and restaurants are top notch amazing. Everyone so friendly and attentive. Pascual and his crew at the Spoon buffet were amazing. The ladies especially Nidelfia were so kind and always bringing us drinks and making sure we were comfortable. Great service. Beautiful resort. Coming back in December. Loved it. Also they have themes at the pools almost everyday. So even on weekdays you will have a DJ in the pool area so u can never be bored. "

Just a couple of suggestions; close the snack bar late, we were looking for coffee around 11.0 pm and there was no place where to get it, and find a way to keep some of the food warm at the buffet, a couple of times we got cold food, other than that, it was a very good experience.
