“The room is clean and quite new I would like to stay here again next time when I visit the Windy City ”

“The room never got vacuumed. The shower poured water on the whole bathroom floor, I had to dry the floors with towels regularly. I paid for a two queen sized beds and one double sofa bed, didn't get that either. Since I didn't get the sofa bed two of my friends left and had to make other arrangements. I asked the front desk for help with the sofa bed, no help of any kind. Expedia ignored me twice for help. Let my messages run to "restart conversation". The elevators got stuck and stalled every……

“Super convenient location to downtown. Also right next to Hmart, subway station. so convenient for everything you need! Although shared washrooms and showers, but very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The gentlemen at reception even helped my senior mom to carry the luggage upstairs to the room. Definitely recommend this place.”

“Very disappointing stay. I booked this hotel to rest during my trip, but the actual condition of the room was completely unacceptable. The cleanliness was very poor, and the facilities were outdated and badly maintained. The real experience was far from what was shown online.
