"The Drain plug for the bathtub was broken and I called the front desk, with my cell because the phone in the room was broken. It was about 8:00pm when I called. The Maintenance guy was there within minutes. He quickly fixed it and was on his way. He was fast & Friendly. I would recommend this place to people."

"Nice place on the way down. We were lucky and had no problems. But, no staff most of the time, and room entry required 7 digit key code which was hard to enter in the dark at night. Without cell phone, entry impossible. Hot tub/spa closed or did not work. Room had large shower but no bathtub. You could hear it when neighbor showered. "The property is appealing in appearance from the outside. I would suggest getting one of the lamps for each room that has outlets for charging e-readers, cell phones, etc. It wasn't easy finding a place to plug in my CPAP machine which must be by the bed. I also have a hearing aid charger. A couple might have even more. There are a number of men staying here from a paving company. They have gotten a bit loud, but are not likely to do that later. "

"Decent motel if looking to cut costs. The water pressure is amazing in the showers. Loved the long pool hours during the summer. Decently close to Sedona- approximately a 30 minute drive. Swamp coolers keep the units nice and cold. Only complaints were the walls where a little thin and we couldn’t find an off leash area for our dogs. Overall a nice budget friendly stay. "
