"My room was clean the cleaning staff were very nice the staff at the bars didn’t have the best attitudes and I tipped often the staff at the dinning halls varied when it came to poor attitudes but if you stay for a few days you learn where to sit. The beach was cleaned later in the morning so expect a little seaweed but overall beautiful beach. Beautiful hotel the staff cleaned through the day. The food wasn’t the greatest and we got tired of eating it so we went off the resort a few times for food. The resort is across from gift shops and walking distance from food. They had a shopping mall 8 mins down the street but take a cab the walk will be longer. The people outside the resort were friendly. Overall worth the money you pay. When you check out they allow you to use the facility until 5:00\. "

"Coffee was terrible even the one we bought! They didn’t mop the hallway floors, we were there for 4 days and the floors stayed dirty. Food was gross drinks are gross syrup tastes like chemicals. The first room they gave us was full of mold it smelled so bad they moved us rooms to a side where they were remolding they started demo at 6 am and it smelled like acetone. The beds were small and hard definitely do not recommend."
