“Run! this is listed as 5 stars trust me, it's not. the only good thing here is the staff. they advertise 6-7 restaurants open daily there was only 3. the beach is full of Sargassum. which made the entire resort smell like poop. the resort has overpriced scamming taxi services for you to leave the resort. the food is horrible. the swim outs are dirty and anybody from the beach can literally jump up to the swim out”

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……
