“Horrible!!! No room service, the same foods are serve every day at the buffet, the steak restaurant has to rsvp, but during ours stay the apps is down and we can’t make the reservation, we tried to talk to the staff but he just ignored us and brush us off. There are no amenities at all for the kids. The room are musty and stink we had to request to swrich to another room, and the front desk give us a hard time and refused to switch for us.”

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. “The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!”
