“We had a very enjoyable 5 night stay at this VRBO. We had been staying at hotels as we moved our son from Dallas to Rochester so staying in a house was such a nice change, and it was wonderful to be able to wash our clothes after almost a week of traveling. The master bedroom was very spacious and it was nice having separate his and her sinks. Although I was concerned about the heatwave without central air, there were window ac units in each bedroom as well as the main living space and they did...

“Sleeps 12? Only 3 coffee cups? Coffee makers are nasty and no filters! Not quiet. Directly across the street from a convenience store, headlights all night. Within feet from a small apartment building. Blinds broken in 2of the bedrooms. Exhaust fan in bathroom dirty! Dryer was also non functional. Driveway is narrow and turning around requires a 4 point turn.”

“We loved staying here. Jim was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and we were close to family. I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. “We had a lovely stay in this apartment, packed with all modern conveniences - motion lights in the hallway to move around easily at night; LED lights on remotes with choice of colors for day and evening; shower wand; and even a bidet. The bedding was so very comfortable we all slept soundly. The sofas on the living room, with soft, luxurious blankets, made for cozy evening chat space.”

“This property was perfect for our quick weekend to Rochester. The beds were super comfortable and each bedroom was roomy. Very nicely decorated and clean. Shelby was very easy to work with and responded very quickly to emails. I would highly recommend this property! And there is a Dunkin’ Donut coffee shop within walking distance, which was wonderful!”

“This was perfect for my family and our 2 dogs. The back yard was fenced in so they could safely run around. The neighbor was friendly and helpful. The washer and dryer worked great. The kitchen had everything I needed. The driveway was narrow but it is long enough for 3 cars. The neighborhood is very safe. We would stay again for sure. ”

“The 'Trolley Home' was a lovely property. Our host was so easy to communicate with - he made himself available and oriented us to the home. It was very well-equipped and in a great location. The kitchen had everything you might need, the beds were very comfortable (linens and towels all high end). There are lots of nice places on the property to sit outside. It is private and quiet. I would definitely stay there again. ”
