“The staff were extremely helpful. If we needed anything they helped almost immediately. The shuttle to and from the e airport was heaven sent. The breakfast is the same every day and the quality was not the best. But it is free so can’t complain too much”

“The only reason this is a TERRIBLE review is the manager, Palak Patel. At AM check out: 10:30am- I went to front desk to tell Palak I'd been searching for my glasses for 1 hour, I couldn't drive without them, and might need extra time to find them. He deadpan told me I had 30 min to find them because checkout was at 11am, no apology, no emotion, no compassion. 11am- Returned to say I still hadn't found them. He said he had already helped me all he could by telling me I had until 11am to find……

“看起来酒店有很多年的历史，被子有点旧，这几天很冷没有暖气，前台工作人员告诉我们没有暖气，但是她们提供了毛毯，酒店大堂的水流声真的很吵闹，好在隔音还不错，早餐只供应到9点，唯一的热食只有芙蓉蛋，我起床时间比较晚，8点55分到达餐厅的时候，只来的及点了一份芙蓉蛋和一杯果汁，然后她们开始收拾关闭早餐，也没有咨询我是否还需要更多的食物，因为她们准备关闭早餐供应。整体来说，性价比一般，不值得你花费180美金住宿一晚。”

“Had handicap room, but no chair in the room except a desk chair. Room had small TV that wasn't smart... therefore no apps so could not get Netflix,Prime Video etc. did have Dish TV which had nothing worthwhile on to watch.”

“Only stay here if you want an educational experience. My children got to witness three people overdosing in the car next to ours as we were leaving the “secure parking lot”. There also was a group of college girls in the room next to us that blasted music till 3 am. After attempting to call the front desk 4 times at midnight and no one answering, I gave up and just laid awake till they turned it off. When raising my concerns with the front desk in the morning, they were less than helpful. I……

“The most unique thing about this hotel is that it smells so bad that ive never feel so. The smell made me so uncomfortable and caused trouble when trying to sleep. Dont reserve this hotel if you see this comment! ”
